My Response To Joe’s Google Review

Joe, I’m deeply sorry you didn’t get the result you were looking for.

As mentioned many times before: Applied hypnosis does work well most of the time for most people. So reading this is very unusual.

I would like to clarify however:

The ‘bonus hypnotherapy session’ in exchange for a bonus review is in fact, inaccurate.

Once a client successfully completes their 3-5 session program, providing they have a gmail account, I kindly ask them to leave a positive review if they feel like it.

There is no pressure or obligation, just a simple request as this allows others to see hypnotherapy as a viable option for treatment.

As a token of my gratitude, I then provide a complementary mp3 — a 15 minute journey of comfort and relaxation. I have many of these, so sending one as a ‘hypnotic gift’ seems appropriate.

In essence, it’s only a meditative recording, not an actual hypnotherapy session.

The main reason why I have so many reviews is simple: I get results. No client will ever leave a positive review, with the intention of receiving an mp3 — after experiencing no change from a program.

This has never happened.

And whilst I do see my bonus mp3 as something of value… it’s *only* an mp3.

Also, the mp3 giveaway is just the icing on the cake. Giving thanks to those who have completed my program and for leaving a genuinely, authentic positive review.

To be completely honest, I’m not sure if giving Joe access to this recording would have done a great deal since he claims to not have experienced positive changes from the core hypnotherapy program anyway.

However, I am willing to be proven wrong. Joe, if you are reading this, reach out to me and I will gladly give you access to the bonus mp3. Who knows, you may respond favorably.

I don’t like reading negative reviews but each are entitled to their own opinion. I always look at how to make this experience better and more effective to each and ever done of my clients.

Over the years, many clients have experienced “life transformations” after their lifelong fears and anxieties have been wiped away.

As I typically work within a 3-session format, for some people, additional work may be required as each problem, whilst looking like the others on the surface, is unique.

Just like a fingerprint that looks identical to another, is also uniquely different.

A discussion during the 3rd session will be had with all clients — to see where they’re at. If they are experiencing the type of changes they are looking for, then that’s fantastic.

If something is working, keep going. That’s a no brainer. If someone is succeeding, but not quite there YET, then it’s only a matter of time before they do.

Whilst it’s rare, If there is no change whatsoever, then I wouldn’t recommend a person continues. I’m not in the business to waste anyones hard earned money, time and energy.

To explain further: My session hours are from 6am to 2pm.It never was just mornings. Also, it now also includes evening sessions at 9pm.

Whilst I do currently reside in NY, I hope Joe can appreciate, I’ve been transparent about that from the very beginning. All of clients are advised of this before taking up my service over the initial complementary phone call.

That said, most of my phone and Skype clients do experience rapid long-lasting changes, (see 100+ Google reviews). So reading Joe’s response is rather unfortunate.

Joe, in giving more guidance in pointing you in the right direction, I do have various other hypnotic and cognitive material which may help.

These other tools and insights are of high value and worth the admission of a session alone. As long as you apply these ideas consistency, then you are able to ‘rewrite’ over an existing mental program.

To conclude, most of my phone and Skype clients do experience rapid long-lasting changes, so reading this is rather disappointing, but I do remain hopeful.

I just wished Joe had reached out to me prior if he was that dissatisfied. I would have helped him with additional tools I have access to. Would have been glad to help him out free of charge.

Joe, if you are reading this, please let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help. In the meantime, take great care. Marco – MCH
