I worked with Marco offer the phone for 4 sessions about self hate and past experiences stopping... me. This was my very first time trying hypnotherapy. For as long as I could remember, I’ve had problems... drawing my self worth from external sources instead of looking inward. This caused multiple problems for me. Someone recommended hypnotherapy to me, but I was skeptical since I had never heard of it before. Like a lot of people I was sceptical before my first session with Marco. I wasn’t sure exactly how it would work or how I would feel but the results... really speak for themselves. Despite my skepticism, cynicism, challenges with meditation and sitting still and highly analytic brain, thanks to Marco's hypnotic audio meditations... and hypnosis phone sessions, I no longer smoke cigarettes! This has been a lifelong struggle, smoking on and off, quitting on and off (once for 6 years) and always having a love-hate relationship with cigarettes. Smoking has been my crutch for dealing with crushing emotions and intense anxiety. It has been my reward. It has been a friend!For the first time in my life, I feel truly free from smoking. I can be in social situations where people are smoking and it doesn't enter my mind and I don't feel like it at all. I can be in an intense state of anxiety or upset and same - smoking doesn't enter my mind.I really hoped that hypnosis would work for me. I thought that if it did, I would go through the process with Marco and then, after our phone session, I would never smoke again. This is not what happened.I didn't smoke for 36 hours, and then I did. And I continued to for around another 7-10 days. I even went and bought another packet. What was interesting was that during that time, every time I had a cigarette there was this dialogue in my head that was "it's not the cigarette that's helping, it's the fact that you are outside/with friends/walking/taking a break" and I wasn't enjoying cigarettes anymore. I finished the packet.I didn't smoke for a few days. Then I was with friends and I had one. I didn't enjoy it. I didn't smoke for a week after that. Then I had one, and didn't enjoy it.That was a month ago. Since then, I've been in lots of social situations, been stressed, had big emotional stuff happening...and not considered smoking at all.I feel energised, free, inspired. This is huge. I cry with joy and relief when I really tune into what's occurred.And, the experience itself was majestic. There was one part of it where it was like a psychedelic experience, except I was sober. I connected with something symbollic for me and it's changed everything.Knowing that Marco is there if needed for the next while is also really helpful.Thank you Marco. From the first enquiry to booking in a consultation, Marco is very attentive and clear in describing how the process will work. He is very... professional yet personable. The 4 sessions were taken over the phone, along with audios to listen to inbetween. I felt it was very effective. I’m a 55-year-old male who has been drinking alcohol since I received my first pay cheque.Recently I was drinking 8-10 beers a day and more on the... weekends, it started affecting my health, my business, and my home life, and more.I had to find a way to stop drinking! I tried Dry July, nearly made 3 days, I tried drinking lemonade, lasted 2 days, I tried the Government information web pages, no chance! That’s just a few I tried, but nothing worked.One morning whilst searching on Google “ways to give up drinking” I came across MCH, Marco Hypnosis. Why not I had nothing to lose.I emailed MCH and that started the first consultation process, I was more than nervous and very skeptical, Hypnosis over the phone, would that work for me.I found Marco extremely professional, everything he said was done and carried out to the inch degree. We had four sessions and after the second session I found myself only drinking a few beers each night and I didn’t feel any different, I was just drinking less.By the final session I was completely free of my old beer drinking habits and felt good. Its hard to explain but Marco’s hypnotic sessions over the phone from another country really worked. He has a way of getting you not to want to drink beer, its different to the other methods I tried. I had to hide my beer with them and try to forget about drinking.Marco’s way is to leave your drinking days behind you, “you have had enough” Honestly, I still have cold beers in all my fridges, home, work, and the holiday house. When my mates come around for a cold beer there is always one there and no one feels uncomfortable drinking around me, it’s great! I reach past the beers and grab a cold bottle of water and it doesn’t bother me at all.If you are nervous or skeptical about trying hypnotherapy to give up alcohol. Don’t be.
