Full payment, after initial $100 USD phone call credit card or PayPal deposit, must be paid at the beginning of the first session with the hypnotherapist. If you are choosing to take one of our extended discounted programs, then full program fee is payable at end of the initial session.
Any information collected from you as a client or potential client, including your contact details will be held in the strictest confidence except in the circumstances described in the full terms and conditions. The details that you disclose are used solely for the purpose of providing you, the client, with the highest levels of service. Your confidentiality and privacy will be respected at all times.
Standards of Behaviour
During the course of any therapy sessions, we will treat you with respect and not abuse the trust that you put in us. In return, you undertake not to harm yourself, or any other person, including us, or any property belonging to either us or any other person. You agree not to come to sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those medications prescribed by your doctor. If you do come to sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs or demonstrate violent/abusive behaviour, I reserve the right to cancel the session and refuse any further therapy sessions.

Cancellation & No Show Policy
If you cancel or do not show up to your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the $100 USD credit card deposit upon initial phone consultation or PayPal transfer will be forfeited. However, rescheduling and paying the full amount for your chosen session or program within this timeframe will waive any cancellation fee.
This policy is in place out of respect for other clients who are wanting to see Marco Auciello (your therapist). Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
Refunds are subject to the cancelation (or some unforeseen circumstances), of an unattended session with its booking more that 48 hours from the requested cancellation time. Exclusions are bookings scheduled with less than 48 hours and/or any remaining session(s) from a discounted program will be calculated on a pro-rata pricing rate for a standard 60-minute session.
For Standard or Deluxe smoking cessation clients, please take note of the following: The four (4) recordings have already been delivered to your inbox prior to the quit smoking appointment shortly after the initial phone consultation. This is to help prepare and to prime your mind for removing the desire of smoking cigarettes. These MP3s have taken dozens of hours from inception to completion. Therefore, the requested refund will be denied — as you have already received useful tools to help quit smoking. Also included, were the two (2) breathing exercises & the questions/metaphors that was sent via email post-booking.
- Any request to reschedule a Standard or Deluxe smoking cessation session requires 24 hours notice (via email or text) prior to the scheduled appointment. The deposit will not be refunded if the request is made within the 24 hours prior to your session — unless the program is paid in full. The session can then be rescheduled without any loss of deposit.
