I worked with Marco offer the phone for 4 sessions about self hate and past experiences stopping... me. This was my very first time trying hypnotherapy. For as long as I could remember, I’ve had problems... drawing my self worth from external sources instead of looking inward. This caused multiple problems for me. Someone recommended hypnotherapy to me, but I was skeptical since I had never heard of it before. I first met Marco in Melbourne Australia over 10 years ago. I was always curious about Hypnotherapy... and therefore gave it a go. It blew my mind, not only because I first didn't think it would work but also how amazing it turned out to be. I have to say I am very easily hypnotised, have a vivid imagination and very open mind.I saw Marco couple of times in person, and never forgot the amazing result, how I felt in general and how much I loved to be hypnotised. As life happens at times, quite badly, I picked up a really bad habit and struggled to give it up for years. After several attempts, help from counsellers, therapists and doctors, I managed to stop for 10 months before I got sucked back in.Early this year I said enough is enough and so I emailed Marco. Marco called me a couple days later, we chatted and then he told me that he's not in Melbourne anymore. I was a bit speechless, but why not. I got good headphones, so does he... and there we went a week later to my first skype hypno sess. since that very day I haven't touched anything, I can't even think about it without getting sick. Marco sent me mp3s to listen to on a daily basis which really help me to relax my mind, body and soul. I wanted to wait a few months before posting this to see if the results lasted. It’s been 3 months since my last session with Marco and the... difference in my day-to-day life is huge. I will firstly like to say a big thanks to Marco for helping me in removing my anxieties and bringing me at a stage where i am at peace with... myself.This has helped me a lot in facing interviews.Earlier when I used to go for interviews, I used to get anxious and would get very negative on what would happen(although i had the required education,lots of years of experience and worked with leading companies in my field).
