After playing around with the idea of hypnotherapy for years for help with my weight and issues with food, and even seeing one other therapist in the past, I’m glad I reached out to Marco. He was warm and welcoming every step of the way from the initial phone screen through to our actual sessions over Skype, and I could tell he was actually as invested in my success as I was. Which was like night and day between my previous experience and this one. Every session we worked on my main reason for being there obviously, but Marco also took the time to touch upon other areas of my life like the stress from work and my inability to sleep. After my five sessions I feel like I finally have the tools I need to be able to make the changes in my life that I've been wanting to make for years now!

22 days smoke free and counting!!! At first I thought to myself this ain't going to work as it wasn't my first rodeo but low and behold, it did. The fact that I didn't have to travel and that Marco was able to be break my 17 year smoking habit over the phone, in the comfort of my own home was great. If you want to quit smoking this is what you need to do. I can breathe easier, exercise easier & most importantly live longer. Thanks Marco. And thanks for the follow up emails to make sure i am on the right track. Highly recommend for anyone considering quitting smoking. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I just want to say thank you to Marco for his help and support. my experience with Skype/phone hypnotherapy for my weight loss and motivation to do exercise was so great and effective and enjoyable, he is so patient and understanding and very good listener which was very important for me to be able to open up. He also helped me with other issues and listened to me when I had something else in my mind.

I can’t thank Marco enough for his help with hypnosis. He helped me with my sleep eating, which was becoming quite dangerous as I was choking in my sleep. I was getting up every hour with consciously knowing I was doing it. Now after a few hypnosis sessions I can happily say that I only get up once or twice, plus I am aware I am awake and in control! I feel like myself again. Thanks again Marco.

During a Google search I came across MCH and sent an inquiry email. The service I received was very professional; phone calls followed by conformation emails. I approached MCH with the issue that I wanted to stop snacking and eating the wrong foods, and essentially to loose weight. I had done hypnosis before, with someone else, but Marco's approach, understanding and calmness made me feel more comfortable that I had last time and I knew Marco was going to be great. Currently I have completed 2 Skype sessions with Marco and I feel as though my food cravings have gone and that I am consciously making better choices with the foods I am eating. Overall I have been extremely pleased with the convenience and professionalism I have received from Marco and his team. Thank you Marco!

I've contacted Marco to address a eating disorder and my wish to loose weight. I can't thank him enough. The effect of his applied hypnosis sessions showed quite quickly after our first skype call and even more important - they had a lasting effect. Now almost 2 months later I'm still eating like a normal person without the constant urge to fill myself up. I can even withstand the "need" to eat like there is no tomorrow when at a party and surrounded by sweets. I've lost weight but more importantly I've gained sanity. It has been an amazing experience and I'm beyond grateful for Marco's help. I cannot recommend his services enough.

Hypnosis really helped me overcome my sleeping problems and bad sleeping habits. I was skeptical at first, but honestly is unlike anything I’ve experienced so far. It helped me relax and put my “hyperactive” mind at ease. More importantly, hypnosis helped me connect with myself and allowed me to shut down all the noise from the outside world. This helped me discover the true source of my stress and I was able to tackle it better, in a more holistic way. Marco is very professional and easy to talk to. I highly recommend hypnosis to anyone that is experiencing sleeping problems or that needs to learn how to let go. I would do all three sessions again!!

Marco makes you feel incredibly comfortable while trying to understand your actual problem. Like in my case I didn't really know what I needed, he helped talk me through it and get down to what I really needed. Honestly, i was skeptical about getting hypnotized over the phone but he put into perspective that you can feel emotions just hearing someone's voice over the phone, doesn't that relate? I was having a hard time figuring out what I want for my future and being so indecisive with it. He took me on an adventure back to when I was a little girl and made me realise that that little girl was still inside. I just need to find her and look into her eyes for guidance. It was the most incredible, surreal experience I've ever had. I've never been happier to put my money into something before.

Marco has been so helpful to me. There are moments in our lives where we almost feel broken. I've faced bullying growing up, coming out, career disappointments, loss of love, and most recently a sudden tragic loss of a dear friend. Marco has helped me heal emotionally more than having 10 years of therapy. I am better at coping with loss, anger, and career disappointments. I am more patient, more forgiving and more focused. I couldn't recommend Marco more highly. After previous attempts at hypnotherapy I wasn't completely sold that it would work for me, but following the initial phone screen I decided to give it another go. Marco really took everything from each session to heart and adapted the following week to best match my needs instead of sticking with a generic method. What really struck me was his willingness to help me with smaller issues outside of my main reason for being there like my trouble sleeping and stress around work. When I first contacted Marco I was at a point where I felt I had lost all control of the simplist parts of my life. I first saw Marco a few years ago in Melbourne. I was curious to see if hypnosis could help me overcome self confidence and self esteem issues. He was excellent, answering all my questions and making me feel very comfortable about the process. Over two face to face sessions he really helped me overcome my issues. I had no hesitation contacting Marco recently as I was having trouble sleeping. As we are on opposite sides of the earth, he offered Skype or phone sessions. I opted for the phone. It was probably better than face to face - no travelling to an appointment, sitting comfortably in my own home. The sessions were very helpful, resulting in a significant improvement in my sleep patterns, plus some great tools to help me in the future. I'd highly recommend Marco for any issues that can be helped by hypnosis, and also the phone sessions.

I can’t be more happier with my skype hypnosis with Marco! I contacted Marco to help me with my sleep eating disorder. I had been to specialist and had sleep studies done but no one could help me. I was so unhappy and scared. My sleep eating was getting worse to the point where I was choking in my sleep from eating and not being aware I was doing this. After a few sessions with Marco through Skype, I can happily say I am only getting up at night 1-2 times a night instead of every hour. When I do get up I am now aware I am awake and in control again. I feel like my life is getting back to normal! Thank you again Marco!

I will firstly like to say a big thanks to Marco for helping me in removing my anxieties and bringing me at a stage where I am at peace with myself.This has helped me a lot in facing interviews.Earlier when I used to go for interviews, I used to get anxious and would get very negative on what would happen(although I had the required education, lots of years of experience and worked with leading companies in my field). Marco helped me greatly with his skype sessions. I am glad to say that recently I went for few rounds of interview with a company and because of Marco's session I was not only able to face the interview well but was able to get the offer too. Marco was able to instill an idea into me of not going into interviews with the mindset of outcome, but to go with an attitude of 'what I can do for you'. I had been having anxiety issues for a while which in turn was causing me pain across my spine as well. I had only read about people having great results after hypnotherapy and never knew anyone personally who had gone into these alternative forms of therapy. I just listened to my inner voice and went for it. I chose Marco because I had seen so many great reviews. Like everyone, I too was apprehensive about having sessions on Skype. During our first conversation itself, I felt connected and at ease. After the session was over, I felt at peace. The anxiety was gone. I went onto do 2 more sessions and at the end of it, my body pain had considerably reduced! Now its been 4 weeks and I have not had a single instance of anxiety. It is simple amazing! :) I went on to recommend Marco to my husband for his confidence issues. He went through the session and came out with remarkable results which included getting a job in a very reputed company. Marco indeed has a true gift and if you are considering hypnotherapy, you should give Marco a go!

I have had three sessions so far with Marco for assistance with emotional eating. I found him to be warm, understanding, and intuitive. I have really appreciated having access to his emotional mastery recorded hypnosis. I listened to it twice a day for a couple of weeks and went from feeling really on edge and stressed and exhausted to clear and content. Now, a few weeks later whenever I feel myself getting out of balance I listen to it again. Marco's coaching is insightful and accessible. I have begun to lose some weight but most importantly I feel more in control, less stressed, and am not eating seconds every night and snacking. I feel more present and so more motivated. Since seeing Marco I have gone from doing a little walking and yoga to also now doing my own weight training at home 2-3 times a week as well as 2 Barre classes and 1 Pilates class. I have not lost much actual weight but have lost inches! This is due to muscle gain. I feel stronger and more energised. I had previously seen Marco face to face many years ago when he lived in Melbourne and found his practice, professionalism and knowledge excellent and had great success in quitting smoking. I had some personal issue that arose and did return to smoking a few years later and knew that when I was ready to quit I would connect with Marco to help me quit...again :) That was 65 days ago and I am so happy to say I am still a non smoker! I have saved over $900 already and am feeling great. I have not put on any weight and have gained so much of my old motivation to attend my Gym and even started running again. Marco offers a briliant personalised service and he really took the time to understand what my drivers were for smoking and also for giving up. The session over Skype was just as successful as face to face and I had no problem in being hypnotised through this digital channel. There are also some excellent tools that Marco provides for 'after care' and these are invaluable to the overall long term success and I would recommend following his instructions 100% to get the most benefit. I have already recommended Marco to many of my friends who smoke and hope that they will take the opportunity to move forward smoke free to live a healthier and happier life. I have used Marco for 3 sessions for weight loss via Skype. I was a little apprehensive first using Skype for this type of treatment but it worked. I am not eating as many sweats now and lost 4.5 KG, without really trying, definitely no exercise. I will be going back to Marco soon for some other sessions relating to something else I want to conquer and get a control over and believe her will be able to deliver. I would recommend using him to anyone that wants to get some control.

I have seen Marco in the past when he was in Melbourne. Because of the amazing results I had, I decided to contact him again for another issue/ challenge. First time I met with Marco it was approximately 4 years ago and I never forgot how beneficial it was, almost immediately after the first session . When I searched for him I noticed that he is now in New York . I was disappointed because I didn't think it would be the same via Skype . I reluctantly tried some one else and didn't get the same results so I thought I'd give the Skype sessions a try. As soon as we connected I felt as though we were in the same room. Not only were the results amazing, once again, but I also loved the fact that I didn't have to drive anywhere after the hypnosis and I could just relax in the privacy of my own home. These Skype sessions don't make any difference, it is the same as being face to face. You don't even think about the distance . He is there with you guiding you through the hypnosis. I made huge progress after every session. Even though I have had amazing results in the past I am still overwhelmed with how much it has helped me in overcoming my fears and increasing my confidence and self esteem . I will definitely contact Marco again in the future if I face another challenge . Marco I can't thank you enough!!!
